Rob Handfield

Rob Handfield is the Bank of America University Distinguished Professor of Supply Chain Management at NC State University, where involvement spans teaching, research, and leadership as the Founder and Executive Director of the Supply Chain Resource Cooperative since August 1999. With a career that includes roles as Partner at Prism Global Partners LLP and Strategic Advisor for Public Spend Forum, Rob Handfield also serves as a Fellow at IACCM, focusing on contract management and the future of procurement. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate Professor of Supply Chain Management at Michigan State University, where Rob Handfield directed research on global procurement. Academic credentials include a PhD in Operations Management from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of British Columbia.
