Jack Jiaqi Chen

Jack Jiaqi Chen currently serves as the Director & Assistant General Counsel at Public since January 2023. Prior to that, Jack was a Charter Member at TechGC from July 2018. Jack Jiaqi also held the position of Head of Legal at GAN Integrity from August 2019 to January 2023, overseeing various legal matters for the company. Jack's experience includes serving as Associate General Counsel at pymetrics and Senior Regulatory & Compliance Counsel at OnDeck. Jack Jiaqi started their career as an Attorney at American Express, where Jack Jiaqi managed the Global Legal Inventory. Jack holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Cornell Law School and a Bachelor's Degree in Biological Engineering from Cornell University.
