Charley Jarrett CertRP has a diverse work experience in talent and development, learning and development management, and recruitment consulting. Most recently, Charley served as the Head of Talent and Development at Publica Group Ltd. Prior to that, they held positions such as Learning and Development Manager at Huboo Fulfilment and Juice Recruitment Ltd. They also worked as the Head of Training and Development at Headford Group Ltd. In their earlier career, Charley gained experience in recruitment consulting at REED and held leadership roles in education and training at Broadst.Hair&Beauty and Weston College. Charley's expertise includes designing and implementing training programs, managing learning management systems, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective learning solutions.

Charley Jarrett CertRP completed an HND degree in Inorganic Chemistry from The Open University, which they attended from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they pursued Molecular Biology at The Open University Business School, completing an HNC degree from 2001 to 2002.
