Amanda Hall, Assoc CIPD, CPTD, has a comprehensive work experience in the field of talent and organizational development, learning and development, and training and development. Currently, they are the Head of Talent and Organizational Development at Clermont Hotel Group since July 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of Head of Learning and Development at the same company from March 2020 to July 2023.

Before joining Clermont Hotel Group, Amanda worked as the Group Learning & Development Manager at AB Hotels from June 2018 to March 2020. Amanda also served as the Group Learning & Development Manager at Splendid Hospitality Group from April 2017 to May 2018.

In their earlier career, they worked at Hilton Worldwide as the Cluster L&D Manager from November 2013 to April 2017 and at Edwardian Hotels London as the Group Training Manager from March 2013 to November 2013. Amanda has also gained experience as a Learning & Development Executive at the Royal Garden Hotel from February 2011 to March 2013 and as a Training and Development Officer (Maternity Cover) at Delaware North from July 2010 to February 2011.

Amanda Hall, Assoc CIPD, CPTD, completed their education at the University of Chester from 2002 to 2005, where they obtained a BA Hons degree in Business Management and Tourism. Additionally, they have acquired various certifications throughout their career. In 2011, they obtained the CIPD - Certificate in Personnel Practice from the CIPD. In 2012, they completed the Neuro Linguistic Programming - nlp Practitioner program at NLP School Ltd. In 2016, they became a Certified Professional in Talent Development from the ATD CI - The ATD Certification Institute, as well as a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance from the Association for Talent Development (ATD). Furthermore, in 2022, they received a Post Graduate Diploma (L7) in Strategic Human Resources Management from the CIPD. Most recently, in 2023, they completed the Everything DiSC® Certification from Wiley Workplace Learning.
