Maxim Levkov has over 20 years of work experience in the field of video engineering and infrastructure. Maxim is currently the Director of Engineering for Video Engineering & Infrastructure at Publica. Prior to this role, they worked at Crunchyroll as the Principal Engineer/Architect in the same domain from 2017 to 2022.

From 2014 to 2017, Maxim served as the Head of Video Engineering at Fullscreen, Inc., where they were responsible for architecting a media platform for end-to-end service and overseeing the development team. Before that, they worked at Rogers Media as the Lead Video Supply Chain Architect from 2013 to 2015, where they developed and implemented a system and workflow for media ingestion and processing.

Throughout their career, Maxim Levkov has demonstrated a strong expertise in video engineering, architecture, transcoding, media processing, and quality control.

Maxim Levkov completed their MBA in Digital Innovation and Information Systems at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School from 2012 to 2018. Before that, they studied Computer Software Engineering, Programming, and C++ at Los Angeles Valley College from 2011 to 2013. In 2008, they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. Additionally, in July 2015, Maxim Levkov obtained the certification of Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance.
