Laura Stratford

Laura Stratford has extensive work experience in the marketing and advertising industry. Laura is currently working at Publicis Collective as a Senior Director, Agency Operations. Prior to this, they worked at Performics in various roles including Senior Director, Agency Solutions and Director, Agency Solutions & Publicis Global Delivery Lead. In these roles, Laura led initiatives in strategy, team-building, training, and process improvement for distributed teams across multiple agencies. Laura successfully scaled the Global Delivery initiative, resulting in significant cost savings. Laura also has experience at Underscore Theatre Company as an Artistic Director and Founding Executive Director, where they played a key role in the company's artistic and organizational development. Laura previously worked at VivaKi and Groupon in offshore associate and coordinator roles respectively. Laura started their career at Carleton College, where they majored in English.
