Rebecca Haskins has a strong background in technical architecture and software development. Rebecca has held various roles throughout their career, starting as a Software Designer and Developer for the New York State Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance in 2009. From there, they moved on to work as a Design Lead and J2EE Software Engineer for Xerox, where they focused on enterprise integration of data and applications. Rebecca then joined Thomson Reuters as a Lead Software Engineer and later as a Technology Manager, where they led multiple scrum teams and facilitated the delivery of enhanced data ingestion infrastructure. After Thomson Reuters, they worked at CloudCheckr as a Development Manager and Manager of Quality Engineering, overseeing the overall quality of an AWS-hosted Cloud Management Platform. Prior to their current role, Rebecca worked at Fusion Alliance as a Software Architect, where they focused on architecting RESTful APIs and collaborating with a development team. In 2019, they joined Publicis Groupe as a Director of Technical Architecture and later moved on to become the VP of Technical Architecture at Publicis Commerce in 2023. Throughout their career, Rebecca has demonstrated a strong ability to architect and manage technical solutions while consistently improving efficiency and reliability.

Rebecca Haskins holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science and Math from Roberts Wesleyan University. Rebecca also has a certification in MCSAD.NET from Microsoft.
