Nejwa Jacobs

Nejwa Jacobs is currently serving as the Head of Operations and Expert Boardmember at Publicis Groupe Belgium since August 2020. She also holds the title of Client Lead and Business & Operations Director. With a background in sustainability, she took on the role of Sustainability Director in June 2022. Prior to her current position, Nejwa was the Head of Accounts and Boardmember at Happiness Saigon from August 2014 to January 2020, where she also served as Regional Account Director for 10 countries in the ASEAN region. She started her career as an Account Executive at Dallas Antwerp and gained experience as a Digital Account Manager at Happiness Brussels. Nejwa holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication - Advertising from Thomas More University of Applied Sciences and has further education in film studies and communication agencies.
