Kipp Jarecke-Cheng has a diverse work experience, starting as an Editorial Assistant at Entertainment Weekly in 1995. From there, Kipp worked as an IQ News Editor at Adweek and then became the Managing Editor at DiversityInc. Kipp then joined the American Association of Advertising Agencies, where they held various roles, including Vice President, Director of Public Affairs and Senior Vice President, Communications. In 2010, Kipp joined G2 as the Group Director of Corporate Communications. Kipp's next role was at Nurun as the Director of Global Public Relations & Communications. They also worked at FOUR32C as Marketing and Content Strategy before becoming a Board Member at ThirdPath Institute. Kipp then became a Contributing Writer at Red Tricycle before joining Publicis Health as the Chief Communications Officer in 2016.

Kipp Jarecke-Cheng has completed the Executive Leadership Program in LGBTQ Leadership at Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Prior to that, Kipp earned a BA in Creative Writing from Northwestern University. Additionally, Kipp obtained an MFA in Theatre, Playwriting from Columbia University.
