Ibtissam Hallak

Ibtissam Hallak, MBA, has extensive experience in compensation and benefits management across various organizations. Currently, Ibtissam serves as an Executive for Compensation & Benefits for the Middle East and Turkey at Publicis Groupe since March 2024. Prior to this role, Ibtissam worked at Transmed as a Payroll Executive from September 2021 to March 2024, and at BLOM BANK s.a.l. from May 2016 to April 2021, progressing from Assistant Compensation and Benefits Coordinator to Compensation and Benefits Coordinator. Earlier experience includes the role of Assistant Accountant at Lebanese American University from February 2013 to May 2016, and a summer internship at Bank of Beirut in July 2014. Ibtissam obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Banking and Finance from Lebanese American University (2013-2016) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the same institution (September 2020 - June 2023).
