Jessica Farrell

Jessica Farrell is an experienced professional in the field of Human Resources and People Management, currently serving as the General Manager of People & Culture and Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for ANZ at Publicis Groupe. Previously held key positions at Nike, including HR Manager for the United Kingdom and Ireland, and has served in various roles at Virgin Active, such as People Manager for Asia Pacific and People Advisor. Prior to that, Jessica gained experience as a Human Resources Coordinator at Red Bull and as a Recruitment Specialist in a contract role at Virgin Active. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organisational Learning and Human Resources from the University of Technology Sydney, completed between 2005 and 2007.
