Joanna Ong

Joanna Ong is a seasoned communications and public relations professional with extensive experience across several prominent organizations. Currently serving as Managing Director of Communications & PR for Asia Pacific at Publicis Groupe since November 2023, Joanna has held leadership positions including Managing Director at MSLGROUP and Group Vice President for Corporate Communications & PR at Next Story Group. Previous roles include Vice President of Corporate Communications at Hilton Worldwide and Vice President of PR & Communications at Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group. Joanna began their career at Burson-Marsteller and has also worked with Standard Chartered Bank and InterContinental Hotels Group. Joanna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications & English Literature from Murdoch University.
