Surbhi Gupta

Surbhi Gupta currently serves as the Chief Talent Officer at Publicis Groupe, a position held since January 2016, where responsibilities encompass all strategic aspects of Human Resources, including talent acquisition, retention, training and development, and talent management. Prior to this role, Surbhi Gupta was with Leo Burnett from March 2003 to January 2016, serving as the Head of People and Culture and overseeing similar HR functions, along with managing Talent Acquisition and leading significant initiatives as Brand Director. Previous experience includes serving as Group Account Director at Contract Advertising, where Surbhi Gupta led account management for Cadbury's portfolio, and as Marketing Manager at Sanctuary Asia, focused on marketing communications for wildlife conservation publications. Surbhi Gupta holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Advertising from HR College, completed in 1997.
