Parv Arora

Parv Arora has extensive work experience in compliance, risk management, and company secretarial roles. Parv is currently the Director of Compliance at Publicis Re:Sources since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Practice Leader for Compliance, Risk, and Family Office at Staava from November 2020 to April 2023. Parv also served as a Company Secretary in the CEO Office at BRS Ventures from July 2018 to April 2020. Before that, they were a Manager of Compliance at DAMAC Properties from February 2016 to February 2018. Parv also worked as a Compliance Officer and Manager of Secretarial Affairs at DFM Foods Limited from December 2014 to December 2015. Parv Arora started their career as a Compliance Officer and Company Secretary at Interlink Petroleum Limited from November 2010 to November 2014. Prior to that, they served as a Company Secretary and Manager of Legal at Cosmo Films Limited from July 2008 to November 2010. Parv also has experience as an Assistant Company Secretary at HUDCO LTD from December 2004 to July 2008 and began their career as a Management Trainee at HUDCO LTD from January 2003 to May 2004.

Parv Arora has a diverse education history. In 1996, they attended the University of Lucknow, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree. Parv continued their studies at the University of Lucknow, completing an LLB in Law in 1999. In the same year, they also pursued a degree in Compliance from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Later, in 2004, they became a Fellow Company Secretary from the same institute. In 2005, Parv Arora attended Symbiosis College of Arts & Commerce, earning a PGDBA in Finance. Parv further expanded their knowledge in 2006 by completing a PG Diploma in Cyber Laws from Amity University. Parv Arora then pursued a degree in Accounting and Business/Management, earning the Certified Management Accountants qualification from the Institute of Management Accountants between 2016 and 2018.
