Sophie Roberts

Sophie Roberts has a diverse work experience in the field of employment law. Sophie began their career as an Employment Associate at Penningtons Manches LLP in 2009, where they provided HR advice and support to clients, including drafting letters and contracts. In 2014, they worked on secondment as an employment lawyer for a multinational construction and development company, handling HR queries and addressing issues such as disciplinary matters. Since 2016, Sophie has been employed at Re:Sources, a Publicis Groupe Company, initially as an Employment Counsel and currently as the Head of UK Employment Law. Sophie'sresponsibilities in this role include overseeing employment law matters for the company.

Sophie Roberts has a strong education background in the field of law. Sophie completed their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree at King's College London from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, they attended Ysgol Greenhill Tenby from 2001 to 2003, where they achieved A-levels in History, Chemistry, Biology, and AS Maths. Sophie completed their secondary education at Ysgol Gyfun Bro Myrddin from 1996 to 2001, obtaining their GCSEs. In 2007-2008, they attended the College of Law Bloomsbury, earning a Law Practice Course (LPC) degree. Additionally, in the future, they plan to obtain a certification as a Future Frontiers Career Coach.
