Paul Bevan

Paul Bevan is a seasoned HR leader currently serving as the Director and People Operations EMEA Lead at Publicis Sapient since March 2014, overseeing a team of over 10 HR professionals across the EMEA region and focusing on strategic development and service excellence. Previous roles include Senior Manager positions in People Operations and Financial Analysis, where Paul drove efficiency savings and enhanced financial transparency. Prior to Publicis Sapient, Paul held managerial roles at SapientNitro, including Chief of Staff to the UK Managing Director and Business Consultant, where strategic initiatives were implemented to drive growth and improve operational capabilities. Paul graduated with an MEng in Engineering from the University of Cambridge in 2002.
