Vaibhav Shah is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and data systems across multiple industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Data Engineering at Publicis Sapient since June 2024, prior roles include Vice President of Engineering at Yubi, where a debt marketplace was developed, and Senior Vice President of Engineering at Acko General Insurance, focused on scalable micro-insurance systems. Vaibhav has also held leadership positions at Tesco Bengaluru, Ola, HomeShop18, Microsoft, VeriSign, Qwest Software Services, and Pace Soft Silicon India, showcasing a strong track record in engineering management, system architecture, and product delivery. Vaibhav holds an M.Tech and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
