Matt Hales

Matt Hales is currently the Global Lead for Growth at Publicis Sport & Entertainment. Prior to this, Matt held the position of Head of Consulting at ZenithOptimedia's Sponsorship Intelligence division. With over two decades of experience in the industry, Matt has also worked at Octagon in various leadership roles, including VP of Strategy. Matt has a background in media strategy and planning, with experience at companies such as OMD UK and Young & Rubicam. Matt holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Birmingham.
