Wheeless is the immediate Past Chairman of The Page Society and before starting her firm, she served as the Principal VP of Corporate Affairs of Bechtel Corporation. She is also the Sr. Advisor for Equity and Justice at APCO Worldwide and serves on their international advisory committee.
