Howard Lovy

Howard Lovy is an accomplished author and book editor with extensive experience in the publishing industry. Currently, Lovy serves as an author at Vine Leaves Press, with a novel set for release in April 2025, and operates Howard Lovy LLC, focusing on manuscript development for authors. As the Content and Communications Manager at The Alliance of Independent Authors, Lovy produces podcasts and creates resources for indie authors. Freelance writing contributions include roles at Publishers Weekly, JTA, The Forward, and Longreads, where Lovy covers Jewish-themed literature and personal narratives. Previously, Lovy was the Executive Editor at Foreword Reviews and worked as a freelance writer in business and technology. Lovy is a graduate of Wayne State University.
