Erik Katenkamp

Erik Katenkamp is the VP of Omnichannel & Application Development at Publix. Prior to joining Publix, Erik worked as an engineer for the NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration from May 1993 to December 1995. During their time at NASA, Erik was responsible for process design, reliability engineering, statistical analysis, and safety engineering. Erik's experience and expertise have been instrumental in the success of Publix's omnichannel and application development initiatives.

Erik Katenkamp has a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Central Florida and is currently pursuing Graduate Studies in Engineering and Statistics also at UCF.

Erik Katenkamp reports to Todd Jones, CEO. Erik Katenkamp works with Merriann Metz - VP, General Counsel & Secretary, Bob Balcerak - VP, Real Estate Strategy, and Laurie Douglas - SVP, CIO & Chief Digital Officer.
