Caroline Chung is an accomplished user experience professional with a diverse background in leading UX design and strategy across various companies. Currently serving as the Director of User Experience at PubMatic, Caroline previously held key roles at Cross Screen Media as a Senior User Experience Consultant and at MediaMath, where responsibilities included Senior Director of User Experience, Senior Director and Lead UX Designer, and Director of UX & Design. Earlier career experiences include a Product Manager position at Akamai Technologies and work as an Information Architect Consultant at Havas Worldwide Digital. Caroline Chung holds a Master's degree in Interactive Multimedia from the University of Technology Sydney and a Certificate of Completion in Front End Web Development from General Assembly.
