Chaima Kouki

Chaima Kouki has a strong background in human resources and talent management. Chaima worked at PubMatic from 2015 to 2023, starting as a Global Talent Acquisition Manager and eventually becoming the Associate Director Human Resources for EMEA. In their roles, they provided strategic and operational HR support, coached senior leaders, managed performance and talent, and implemented mental health and wellness programs. Prior to PubMatic, Chaima worked as a Recruiter at AOL and as an HR & Recruitment Assistant at the University of Westminster.

Chaima Kouki completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology & Sociology at the University of East London from 2009 to 2012. Chaima then pursued a Master of Arts (MA) in Human Resource Management CIPD from 2013 to 2014 at the University of Westminster. Chaima also attended CIPD in 2017-2018 for a program titled "The Employment Law Practioner - A complete approach." Chaima Kouki previously attended Karl-Rehbein-Gymnasium from 1996 to 1998, although no degree or field of study was specified.
