Kedar Gholap

Kedar Gholap has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Kedar currently holds the position of Director of Ad Quality Operations at PubMatic, where they oversee a team responsible for ensuring brand safety and enhancing ad quality for clients. Prior to this role, they worked as an Associate Director and Group Manager at PubMatic, where they managed teams focused on quality control, brand control operations, and key performance metrics.

Before joining PubMatic, Kedar worked at EXL as a Customer Executive and Quality Compliance Analyst, where they resolved customer transactions and audited operations for quality compliance. Kedar also gained experience as a Customer Care Executive at E2E Servisol Ltd (TATA BPO), where they attended customer queries and audited registered complaints.

In addition, Kedar worked as a Sales Executive and Supervisor at HBL GLOBAL PVT. LTD and Ajay Engineering Services, respectively. In these roles, they were responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and maintaining production and quality standards.

Kedar Gholap attended Saraswati Vidhalya Union for high school. Kedar then pursued a diploma in Mechanical Engineering at Sau Venutai Chavan Polytechnic from 1993 to 1997. In 1997, they enrolled in Dnyaneshwar Vidhyapeeth to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, completing their studies in 1999. Additionally, in 2017, they received certification as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Var Sigma, Exemplar Global, Inc.
