Hila Shifman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Hila began their career as a Computer Systems Technician at J6 & Cyber Defense Directorate, IDF in April 2016, where they worked until March 2018. Following this, they joined Partner Israel as a Technical Support Representative from June 2018 to February 2019. In October 2019, Hila joined Luminati.io as a QA and Deployment professional, a role they held until February 2021. Hila'smost recent position is with PubPlus (Acquired by ClearPier), where they started as a Campaign Manager in August 2021. In this role, they successfully managed campaigns reaching millions of people across various platforms and utilized analytical tools like Google Analytics, Excel, Tableau, and Kibana to maximize campaign efficiency and profitability. In August 2022, they transitioned to the position of Performance Analyst at PubPlus, further contributing to the company's success.

Hila Shifman is currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering at Ruppin Academic Center from 2019 to 2023.
