Amy L. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational effectiveness and talent management. Currently serving as the VP of People at Puck since March 2024, Amy previously held the position of VP of Leadership and Talent at B Capital Group from April 2019 to March 2024, where strategic HR support was provided to growth-stage portfolio companies, focusing on executive recruiting and organizational development. Prior roles include Solution Principal at Slalom Consulting, where significant cultural assessments and recommendations were delivered, and Change Management Lead at AIG, where methodologies for organizational design and change management were developed for large-scale transformations.
