Robert Taylor

Robert Taylor has a diverse work experience. In 2022, they began working as a Consultant - Financial Improvement and Audit Remediation Support (FIAR) Research Analyst at Pueo Business Solutions LLC, where their duties include identifying and documenting financial processes, providing descriptive business process narratives and flowcharts, and assisting in writing Corrective Action Plans for implementation. From 2017-2022, Taylor worked for the Army National Guard as a Human Intelligence Collector and Automated Logistical Specialist, where their duties included collecting intelligence about an adversary's intentions, strengths, vulnerabilities, and capabilities; debriefing and interrogating human intelligence sources; analyzing and preparing intelligence reports; and screening human intelligence sources and documents. Additionally, Taylor established and maintained stock records and other documents, reviewed and verified quantities received against bills of contracts, and deployed to four hurricane and two Covid-19 missions in support of the state of Florida. From 2016-2017, Taylor worked for Aspire Financial Services as a Trading & Share Reconciliation Analyst and Contributions Associate. As a Trading & Share Reconciliation Analyst, Taylor executed over 45K daily trade requests on internal recordkeeping system and across multiple trading platforms, researched and resolved trading discrepancies, and performed cash and mutual fund reconciliations to resolve variances. As a Contributions Associate, Taylor accurately prepared and processed checks, ACHs, wire transfers, and payrolls for data entry, researched and resolved payroll discrepancies, and expertly utilized various methods to reconcile plans and participants accounts.

Robert Taylor is currently enrolled in ACI Learning, where they are studying to become a Customer User Support Specialist. From 2011 to 2015, they attended the University of Liverpool, where they earned a Masters in Corporate Finance. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from The University of the West Indies, Mona Campus, which they completed in 2008. Robert Taylor also holds certifications in CompTIA A+ Core 1, ITIL Foundation Level, Learning Data Analytics, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, and CompTIA Security+.
