Michael Salmon has a diverse work experience in product innovation, design, and development. michael served as the Director of Product at Puffin Drinkwear, leading product innovation and development that resulted in significant revenue growth. Prior to that, they operated Studio Salmon, providing product design and manufacturing consulting services.

At Wiivv, Michael held several roles, including Manager of Special Programs, Senior Product Designer & Developer, and Product Design Manager. michael played a key role in developing innovative and patented manufacturing methodologies, reducing product assembly time by 60%. michael also led the design, development, and commercialization of Wiivv's custom 3D-printed insole products and packaging. Additionally, they managed the design and development of Wiivv's first-generation insole products and their mobile app, website, and marketing materials.

As a Co-Founder of MakerPlace, the largest makerspace in Southern California, Michael was instrumental in building the business from the ground-up. michael also co-owned and served as a designer and fabricator at Soul Ryde, Inc., a company that provided unique and innovative product solutions.
