Tayyab Ahmed's work experience begins in 2013 as a Customer Service Representative at World Duty Free - WDF where they excelled in providing one-on-one customer service and consistently exceeded selling targets. In 2014, they joined the Retail Marketing Group (RMG) as a Product Specialist, collaborating with multiple teams to deliver excellent customer service and meet targets. Tayyab also negotiated retail floor space and conducted training for store staff.

In 2015, Tayyab became a Graduate Software Engineer at Open GI, where they developed backend and front-end systems using XML, JavaScript, and Java. Tayyab actively participated in planning, retrospectives, and review sessions with clients. Tayyab then moved to the UK Civil Service in 2016, working as a Project Manager Scrum Master. Tayyab managed various projects from initiation to completion and facilitated scrum ceremonies across multiple teams. Tayyab also collaborated with directors and conducted user acceptance testing.

Continuing their career progression, Tayyab joined Enjin in 2021 as a Blockchain Project Manager. Here, they transformed the organization from waterfall to agile processes and regularly reported progress to management and board members. Tayyab set up the product backlog and maintained open communication with stakeholders.

Currently, Tayyab is working at Puffy as a Digital Project Manager, starting in 2022. Tayyab is collaborating with key stakeholders to define requirements and delivery milestones. Tayyab implemented agile processes and principles across teams in UAE and the USA. Tayyab monitors progress, creates reports, and maintains communication with stakeholders and board members.

Tayyab Ahmed completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from De Montfort University between 2012 and 2015. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including the Emerging Leaders Northern Powerhouse from Common Purpose in September 2021, the Foundation Certification in Business Change from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in March 2019, Systems Modelling Techniques in November 2018, Requirements Engineering in October 2018, Certified Business Analysis Practice in September 2018, Certified Agile Leadership Essentials (CAL-E) in January 2021, Certified Agile Leadership for Orgs (CAL-O) in January 2021, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) in June 2018, and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) in April 2018.
