Gerritt Rosa

Gerritt Rosa is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in management and Agile transformation, currently serving as a Senior IT Manager at Puget Sound Energy since November 2017. In this role, Gerritt leads teams focused on application development and customer-facing website reliability during critical events. Prior positions include IT Manager roles at Puget Sound Energy, where Gerritt spearheaded Agile practices and managed business analysis teams, and a Business Systems Manager at Liberty Mutual Insurance, overseeing technology teams and leading production support for claims systems. Gerritt began the career as an IT Business Analyst at Safeco Insurance and has also provided business consulting for Fangamer. Gerritt holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Washington.
