Josh Ray

Josh Ray is an experienced executive with a strong background in operational leadership and sales strategy. Currently serving as a Board Member and Chief Operating Officer at ShopHero Inc since March 2016, Josh has played a pivotal role in developing a SaaS solution that facilitates curbside pickup and same-day delivery for grocery stores, enhancing retailer capabilities both in the US and internationally. As the Chief Commercial Officer, Josh successfully spearheaded revenue growth strategies, leading teams that achieved significant sales growth and high customer retention. Additionally, Josh founded Puget Sound Golf Club LLC in January 2022, creating an indoor golf training facility. Previous roles include Account Executive at Adobe, where Josh specialized in Document Cloud sales, and Operations Manager at UPS and FedEx, focusing on team management and growth initiatives. Josh holds a BA in English from Brigham Young University - Idaho and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
