Joshua Nguyen, PMP, SSMC, currently serves as a Technical PM in Cloud Business Operations at Microsoft, where responsibilities include liaising between engineering and business planning teams, driving cross-functional collaboration for new product launches, and managing over 40 product updates simultaneously. Previously, Joshua held roles such as Technical Project Manager at Simplicity Consulting, Senior Associate at Versa Resources, and Systems Analyst II at Expeditors, where skills in Agile methodologies, project initiation for major companies, and process automation were demonstrated. Joshua’s career began at Amazon as a Product Support Analyst, with significant contributions to system configurations and issue resolution. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Texas A&M University.
