Olivia Ng is a skilled professional with experience in data management and software engineering. Currently serving as a Data Technician at Puget Sound Regional Council, Olivia contributes to the Transportation Planning Division. Previously, at Microsoft, Olivia worked as a Software Engineer on the Azure Virtual Desktop team, focusing on backend and frontend software development, incident investigations, and managing microservices. Prior experience includes an Engineering Internship at PatientPing, where Olivia utilized machine learning and data analytics, and participation in educational programs such as the Visions of Peace Fellowship and Tufts with Rwanda Fellowship. Olivia holds a Bachelor's degree in Community Health and Computer Science from Tufts University and has also studied abroad in Granada, Spain.
