Alastair Rennison

Alastair Rennison is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in global talent management and recruitment. Currently serving as Global Talent Manager at Puig since September 2015, Alastair leads digital talent initiatives and partners with the international brand team for Carolina Herrera. Prior to Puig, Alastair worked at The Body Shop as an International Recruiter, successfully enhancing the intern and graduate recruitment campaign. Earlier roles include Learning Program Manager at L'Oréal, where Alastair developed key marketing training programs, and E-recruitment Coordinator at Nestlé, overseeing the UK rollout of an Applicant Tracking System. Alastair holds an MSc in International Human Resource Management from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University, an MA in Film from Solent University, and a BA in English from the University of Southampton.
