Amin Z.

Amin Z. has extensive work experience in the sales and fragrance industry. Amin currently holds the position of Regional Vice President of Sales - West at Puig since 2023. Prior to this role, they were a Regional Sales Director at Puig from 2020 to 2023.

Before joining Puig, Amin held various positions at Clarins Fragrance Group & PUIG Fragrances, including Regional Sales Director from 2020 to 2020 and Account Executive from 2014 to 2020. Amin received recognition for their exceptional performance, being named "Rookie of the year" in 2014 and "Account Executive of the year" in 2015.

Earlier in their career, Amin worked as a Market Specialist at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. Aramis & Designer Fragrances from 2012 to 2014. Amin also served as a Special Events Coordinator at Elizabeth Arden New Wave Fragrances from 2010 to 2012, where they were responsible for meeting sales goals, executing events, and conducting training seminars.

Prior to their roles in the fragrance industry, Amin gained experience in sales and business development. Amin worked as a Counter Manager at Macy's from 2006 to 2010, achieving sales and loyalty goals. Amin also held the position of Business Development Representative at Chase Paymentech from 2005 to 2006, where they generated leads and set up appointments. Amin began their career as a Business Banking Specialist at Wells Fargo from 2003 to 2005, generating new accounts and handling commercial loans.

Amin Z. completed their Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from UCLA between 1998 and 2001. They also obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Mathematics, Science and Engineering from De Anza College between 1995 and 1998.

In terms of additional certifications, Amin Z. completed the Leadership Essentials program from IMD in 2021. They also obtained a certification in Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging for All from LinkedIn in 2020.
