Rachael Gledhill

Rachael Gledhill currently serves as the Senior Communications Manager for Puig, overseeing communication strategies for the brand portfolio that includes Herrera Beauty, Gaultier fragrances, and Rabanne Beauty, a position held since September 2022. Previously, Rachael held various roles at The Rodial Group from March 2016 to September 2022, starting as a PR Executive and advancing to Communications Manager. Earlier experience includes positions at L'Oréal as a Digital & Communications Assistant for Urban Decay Cosmetics, a Public Relations Assistant at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., and a Beauty Intern at Purple. Rachael began their professional journey with a BA in English Literature from Cardiff Metropolitan University, completed between 2010 and 2013.
