Sean Halloran

Sean Halloran, MBA has a diverse range of work experience in demand planning and supply chain management. Sean currently holds the position of Senior Director of Demand and Supply Planning at Puig, where they have been since 2021. Prior to this, they were the Director of Demand Planning at Puig and Maesa from 2020 to 2023.

From 2014 to 2020, Sean worked at L'Oréal, where they held various roles including Senior Manager - Corporate Demand Planning NA and Manager - Demand Planning. During their time at L'Oréal, they were responsible for project management, coordinating system transitions, training and supporting demand planners, and improving forecast accuracy.

Before joining L'Oréal, Sean worked at Philips from 2005 to 2014, starting as a Warehouse Coordinator and progressing to roles such as Demand Planner and Demand Planner II. Sean co-led the development and implementation of S&OP processes, refined and automated forecasting using SAP, and collaborated with cross-functional teams.

Sean began their career at Quest Diagnostics as a STAT Dispatcher from 2002 to 2005.

Overall, Sean has a strong background in demand planning, supply chain management, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Sean Halloran, MBA completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Rutgers Business School from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S) in Business Economics from Rutgers University from 2001 to 2005.
