Fred Pennell

Fred Pennell is a board member at Pulford Community Living Services. Fred previously worked as vice president of merchandising operations at Princess Auto Ltd. from March 2016 to December 2020. Before that, they were the manager of merchandising services at Arctic Co-operatives Limited from August 2014 to March 2016. Prior to that, they were the senior category manager-softlines at The North West Company from June 2011 to April 2013. Fred Pennell has extensive experience in the merchandising and retail industries.

Fred Pennell's educational career began at Red River College Polytechnic, where they studied business administration. Fred then transferred to the Manitoba Institute of Management, where they became a charter member. Fred later returned to Red River College Polytechnic to complete their education. Finally, they attended Ryerson University.
