Thomas Clark

Thomas Clark has an extensive background in construction law, serving as Corporate Counsel for Pulice Construction, Inc. and General Counsel for SEMA Construction, Inc. Thomas also worked as Project Counsel for Ames Construction and Corporate Counsel for SJ Groves & Sons Company. Thomas holds a JD in Law and a BSCE in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
