Sara Lightner

Sara Lightner currently serves as the Senior Director of Operations for Pull-A-Part, overseeing operations in the Western U.S. since September 2022. Prior to this role, Sara gained extensive experience at The David J. Joseph Co., where contributions as General Manager for Western U.S. U-Pull-&-Pay and multiple Store Manager positions spanned nearly 15 years. Earlier career experience includes a role as Zone Manager at Ford Motor Company from January 2001 to July 2005. Sara holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management, completed in 2000.
