Sr Manager, Customer Success at Pulley

Sydney Ziegler is currently the Sr Manager of Customer Success at Pulley. Prior to this, they were the Manager of Customer Success West & APAC at LaunchDarkly from January 2021 to March 2022. Before that, they were the Manager of Operations at Belong from September 2020 to November 2020.

In this role, they oversaw a team of sales Account Executives and Client Solutions Managers who were responsible for renewals, upsells, and cross-sells within Flexport's customer base.

Sydney began their career at Flexport as an Operations Associate from October 2016 to October 2017. In this role, they were responsible for providing world-class customer service to Flexport's clients. Sydney then became a Senior Global Operations Associate from November 2017 to June 2018. In this role, they managed Flexport's global operations team and was responsible for ensuring that all shipments were delivered on time and within budget.

Prior to joining Flexport, Sydney worked at Target as an Operations Associate from July 2014 to October 2016. In this role, they were responsible for providing world-class customer service to Target's clients.

Sydney Ziegler graduated from Sonoma State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies.

Their manager is Yin Wu, co-Founder & Customer Success.
