Jeroen Louwers

Jeroen Louwers is an experienced construction manager and superintendent with a career spanning over three decades in the construction industry. Currently serving as Construction Manager and General Superintendent at Pullman Services since May 2020, Jeroen has also held the role of Senior Superintendent at Freyssinet Canada, inc. since 2016, where responsibilities included supervising post-tensioning, heavy lifting, and carbon fibre reinforcement systems. Jeroen's tenure at Freyssinet International from 2006 to 2016 involved the successful supervision of over 20 high-profile projects globally, focusing on timely and budget-conscious delivery of post-tensioning and stay cable systems. Earlier experience includes roles as Foreman/Supervisor at Freyssinet from 1992 to 2006, managing various bridge construction and repair projects. Jeroen's educational background includes study at Kmbo from 1988 to 1990 and LTS de Nieuwevaart from 1986 to 1988.
