Jenni Lynch

Jenni Lynch is an accomplished talent and development manager currently at Pulsant since April 2022. Previously, Jenni served as the learning lead for the People Transformation Workday project at Sky, and as a global people development partner during maternity cover at Farfetch. Jenni's background includes roles at L'Oréal as a learning, culture, and engagement project specialist, and as a learning coordinator, along with experience as a human resources assistant at Coach and as an associate recruitment consultant at Hays. Early experience includes an assistant venue logistics manager position at Glasgow 2014 Limited. Jenni holds an MA(Hons) in International Business from The University of Edinburgh, and has pursued education at both the University of Navarra and the University of Edinburgh Business School.
