Josh Jordan has extensive experience in customer success and client development at Pulsara since October 2017, progressing from Client Services Specialist to Senior Customer Success Manager. Pulsara specializes in real-time communication technology for healthcare, enhancing teamwork across various healthcare entities. Prior to this role, Josh Jordan served as a Firefighter/Paramedic with the Longview Fire Department from 2006 to 2014. Educationally, Josh Jordan holds a Certified Paramedic degree in Emergency Medical Technology from Trinity Valley Community College, completed between 2002 and 2004.
