Lhorca TSIRISENA is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in infrastructure and operations management. Currently serving as Lead Specialist Infrastructure at Pulse since May 2018, Lhorca has also held roles as Production Team Lead and Analyst Exploitant SI. Recent positions include IT Operation Director at both Cloudewi and SecuH.com from August 2023 to January 2024. Lhorca demonstrated full-stack development expertise during a notable engagement as a Full-stack Developer at the Hackathon HOPE in July 2018, achieving the title of Vice-Champion for a transparency initiative in Madagascar's elections. Previous experience includes full-stack development at MASAO, where Lhorca was involved in creating applications for mining and electoral data collection, and a role as an IP/MPLS Engineer at Orange Madagascar. Lhorca holds a Master’s Degree from ECOLE NATIONALE D'INFORMATIQUE MADAGASCAR, completed in 2018.
