Indy Pereira

Indy Pereira has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries and roles. Indy started their career as a Resident Advisor at the University of New Haven in 1994, where they provided advising and conducted programs for undergraduate students. They then worked as a Residence Hall Director at the same university from 1998 to 2001, managing administrative tasks and overseeing residential environments.

In 2001, Indy transitioned to Enterprise Rent A Car, where they served as a Branch Rental Manager for over a decade. During this time, they were responsible for managing branch operations.

In 2011, Indy joined Pulse Commerce as a Business Development Manager, utilizing their business acumen and research skills to analyze marketing and sales strategies, generate leads, and negotiate with project handlers. They also took on the role of Talent Acquisition Manager at Pulse Commerce in 2013.

Most recently, Indy worked at Cahoot as the Head of People Operations since 2018. In this role, they focused on creating a positive employee experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle and fostering an innovative work environment.
