Tyrell Fenn is the Co-Founder of Pulse For Good. Tyrell has over thirteen years of experience in User Experience Design and Management. Tyrell has worked extensively in the software development industry, with a focus on custom software for the Federal Government. Their experience includes user and stakeholder research, prototyping, and design within an agile development framework. Tyrell has also worked with FERC, NCI, and other agencies on creating excellent custom software. In their current role, they are responsible for making sure that the products are usable, useful, and awesome. Tyrell introduced and integrated User Centered Design practices into the existing UX and Development teams and successfully integrated UX processes into an agile development environment. Tyrell also lead the team in applying the disciplines of cognitive science, human computer interaction, and performance systems to our practice. In addition, they introduced Contextual Inquiry into our user research which resulted in increased customer empathy and better product designs.
Tyrell Fenn has a Masters of Science in Instructional Technology and Learning Science from Utah State University. Tyrell also has a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the same school.
