Jeremy Elmas

Jeremy Elmas has extensive work experience, primarily in the telecommunications industry. Jeremy held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Apex Site Solutions, Inc, Pulse Signal Solutions, and ITC Service Group. While working at Atlantic Tele-Network, Inc., they served as a Consultant, providing expertise in Video & Data Delivery Systems, conducting due diligence for acquisitions, and assisting with process improvement and operational assimilations. Previously, at WestStar, they served as Chief Operating Officer, where they managed various operations, including construction, customer care, engineering, installation/service, marketing, and broadcast television. Jeremy also held the position of Vice President of Operations at WestStar, overseeing the company's daily operations and managing a team of employees. Prior to that, they worked as the General Manager of Operations at Bermuda Cablevision Ltd, managing cable TV and high-speed data services. Additionally, they served as the VP of Business Development at WestStar TV, where they were involved in locating investment opportunities and acquiring management control of a cable television company.

Jeremy Elmas has a strong educational background in business administration and finance. Jeremy obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from California State University-Sacramento in 1998. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration and Management from the same university, graduating in 1996.

In addition to their formal education, Jeremy has also pursued various certifications and professional development courses. Jeremy completed the Dichotomy of Leadership Foundation Course and Extreme Ownership Foundation Course offered by Echelon Front in 2022. In 2020, they obtained the Certified in Strategy and Competitive Analysis certification from CSCA® (Certified in Strategy and Competitive Analysis) and the IMA Data Analytics & Visualization Fundamentals Certificate from IMA | Institute of Management Accountants. In 2019, they became a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) through the Certified Management Accountant: CMA® program.

Jeremy's certifications also extend beyond their field of business. Jeremy obtained the OSHA 30 certification from the US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR OSHA in 2018, indicating their knowledge and adherence to occupational safety regulations. In 2004, they completed the Labor Relations Collective Bargaining Certification from Cornell University, showcasing their expertise in labor relations. Furthermore, they acquired the NCTI International Installer certification from Jones/NCTI in 2002, demonstrating their proficiency in installation practices.

Jeremy believes in continuous learning and has pursued certifications and courses in a diverse range of subjects. These include the American Mensa Life Member certification from American Mensa in 2000, indicating their membership in the high IQ society. Additionally, they obtained the Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate certification from Microsoft in 2021, displaying their skills in data analysis using Power BI. In 2020, they became Hubspot Sales Software Certified, showcasing their proficiency in sales software. Jeremy also holds the Certified Fiber to the Home Professional certification from FTTH Council Americas, earned in 2011, emphasizing their knowledge in fiber optic technology.

Beyond their professional qualifications, Jeremy has a passion for scuba diving and earned the Divemaster certification from PADI in 2000.
