Jeremy Gerstenberg

Jeremy Gerstenberg has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Jeremy began their career in 2000 as a Systems Support Technician at Horseshoe Gaming Holding Corp, where they performed hourly checks of all mission critical servers and provided support to back office users on all equipment. In 2004, they moved to Harrah's Entertainment as a Network Administrator, where they managed and maintained a Data Center consisting of over 40 Servers. In 2011, they held two positions at Majestic Star Casino, Network Administrator and Server Administrator, where they managed support staff, project management for various casino related installs, daily server operations and support, and vendor relationships for support and IT related purchases. In 2012, they joined Insulation Fabricators, Inc as an IT Specialist/IT Manager, where they designed, implemented and managed Active Directory domain/GPO/DHCP/DNS/WSUS. In 2016, they moved to Distribution International as a Desktop Support Manager. In 2017, they joined Lanco Group of Companies as a Systems Engineer. In 2018, they moved to Impact Networking, LLC as a District Manager in Bolingbrook IL, District Manager in Hammond IN, Lead Field Network Engineer, and Senior Field Network Engineer. In 2022, they joined Pulse Technology as the Director of Managed IT Services.

Jeremy Gerstenberg has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Systems from Indiana Wesleyan University, which they obtained between 2012 and 2015. Prior to that, they earned an AS in Computer Information Technology from Indiana Wesleyan University between 2010 and 2012. Jeremy also attended Purdue University Northwest between 2002 and 2003, studying Computer Science.
