Shai Shemesh

Shai Shemesh has a diverse work experience that spans over several companies and industries. Their most recent role is as a CFO at Pulsenmore, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they held the same position at IM Cannabis from 2019 to 2023, where they facilitated the company's listing on the NASDAQ and the CSE. At IVM Minrav Sadyt & SADYT Israel, Shai Shemesh worked as a CFO, overseeing the establishment of the Israeli branch and managing a significant budget. They also handled consolidated financial and tax reports for the Israeli and Spanish stock exchange. Before that, at Boston Scientific Israel, Shai Shemesh served as a Financial Controller, managing financial reporting based on SEC and US GAAP regulations and analyzing sales data. They began their career at PwC, where they worked as a CPA and Supervisor Auditor, leading audits for public firms across various industries and regions.

Shai Shemesh completed an International MBA in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at IE Business School in 2009-2010. Prior to that, they earned a B.A. in Accounting, Business, and Economics from Tel Aviv University in 2002-2006.
